We had a wonderful week in Vrådal. The house is beautiful, brand new and has every convenience. The children and we all had a great time! The bathrooms are luxurious with lovely underfloor heating, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the kitchen truly has everything you could need. There's plenty to do on the grounds and nearby: lovely walks, roasting marshmallows, golf, tennis and, our favourite (!!), going out in the boat. The owners are always available for questions and good tips. Thank you so much for this fantastic stay!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Vrådal. Het huis is prachtig, nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Onze kinderen en wij zelf hebben genoten! De badkamers zijn luxe met fijne vloerverwarming, heerlijke comfortabele bedden, en een keuken waar echt alles aanwezig is. Op het terrein en in de nabije omgeving is van alles te doen: mooie wandelingen maken, marshmallows roosteren, golfen, tennissen en, onze favoriet (!!) bootje varen. De eigenaren zijn altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en goede tips. Heel erg bedankt voor dit geweldige verblijf!

In the summer of 2024 we had a fantastic holiday with our three sons at the villa in Vradal.
After first spending a few days in Oslo (also recommended), we drove on to Vradal in our rental car.
The drive alone is wonderful, but on arrival at the villa all our expectations were exceeded.
Comfort, luxury, space, good beds, a games loft, truly everything you need.

The villa is next to a golf park, where our three boys (9, 12 and 14) learned to tee off. The pro there is enthusiastic and committed to teaching the kids properly.
Besides golf, we played lots of football and tennis, went out in the boat and spent time on the SUP on the lake.
You can also swim in a small lake 50 metres from the villa. It's a bit chilly, but definitely doable.

The supermarket is across the lake, so you can do your shopping by boat, which is one of the boys' favourite activities.

After an active day outdoors, it's lovely to relax on the big terrace in front of the house, in the sun. The park is peaceful and set in the middle of nature. The kitchen is so well equipped that you can whip up a delicious meal on the terrace in no time. The golf restaurant is also well worth a visit a few times a week.

You can also head out from Vradal; the roads are in very good condition and the country is vast, so you do need to drive for an hour to do something really special. We drove to Nissendal to swim in the potholes. Highly recommended.

We will definitely come back to this lovely house and wonderful country.

Wij hebben in de zomer van 2024 met onze 3 zonen een geweldige vakantie mogen beleven in de villa in Vradal.
Nadat we eerst een aantal dagen in Oslo hadden verbleven (ook een aanrader), zijn we met de gehuurde auto door gereden naar Vradal.
Alleen de rit er naar toe is al geweldig, maar bij aankomst bij de villa worden alle verwachtingen overtroffen.
Comfort, luxe, ruimte, goede bedden, een gamezolder, echt voorzien van alle benodigdheden.

De villa ligt aan een golfpark, waardoor onze 3 boys (9, 12 en 14 jaar) hebben leren afslaan. De pro die betrokken is bij het park is enthousiast en gedreven om de kids goed te leren afslaan.
Naast de golf, hebben we veel gevoetbald, getennist, bootje gevaren en op de sub op het meer verbleven.
Ook is het mogelijk om te zwemmen bij een meertje 50 meter van de villa af. Het is wat fris, maar zeker goed te doen.

Aan de overkant van het meer is de supermarkt, je kan dus met de boot boodschappen doen. Een van de favoriete activiteiten van de boys.

Na een dag actief buiten, is het heerlijk vertoeven op het grote terras voor het huis, heerlijk in de zon. Het park straalt rust uit en ligt middenin de natuur. De keuken is dusdanig uitgebreid, dat je in een handomdraai een heerlijke maaltijd op het terras tovert. Ook het golfrestaurant is aan te raden om een paar keer per week lekker aan te schuiven.

Vanuit Vradal kan je er ook op uit trekken; de wegen zijn heel goed begaanbaar, het land is uitgestrekt waardoor je wel een uur moet rijden om echt iets te doen. Wij zijn naar Nissendal gereden om te zwemmen in potholes. Een dikke aanrader.

Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug op in dit heerlijke huis en geweldige land.

What a wonderful place and a fantastic house, truly 'Dreamz come true'.

I stayed here in February 2024 and was able to enjoy and relax to the full. Beautiful deep snow, just like I remember from my childhood. Snow-covered roads, a gorgeous white landscape, walking across the frozen lake... winter sports the way they should be! We had a great time skiing the Vrådal slopes and feasted on, among other things, the moose burger. The ski area isn't big, but there are plenty of runs, with enough to do for every level and lovely runs along routes between the trees.

Wat een heerlijke plek en geweldig huis, met recht 'Dreamz come true'.

In februari 2024 ben ik te gast geweest en heb maximaal kunnen genieten en ontspannen. Pakken met heerlijke sneeuw zoals ik die me herinner uit mijn jeugd. Besneeuwde wegen, een prachtig wit landschap, over het bevroren meer wandelen... wintersport zoals het moet zijn! We hebben heerlijk kunnen skiën op de piste van Vrådal en gesmuld van onder andere de Elandburger. Het skigebied is niet groot maar er zijn wel genoeg afdalingen. Voor alle niveaus is er genoeg te doen en er zijn mooie afdalingen via routes tussen de bomen.

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at the Nordic Dreamz villa in Vrådal with our family. It exceeded all our expectations. The villa itself is a luxurious retreat, beautifully designed with modern amenities, a lot of rooms and nestled in a natural lake mountain setting. Our 7-year-olds twin boys Sam and Ian found plenty of space to play and had some activities such as picking fresh blueberries around the property. We made pancakes with the blueberries, which can be easily made with all the tools in the kitchen.
There is a BBQ at the terrace with a sitting corner and dining table outside. Also for sleeping the beds are very comfortable and it is having 2 bathrooms to have a good shower.

It was a short drive for visiting the Picknick Vrådal Panorama topp, which was a suggestion by the owners. It's a beautiful area to hike around and have beautiful panoramic views.

For our daily needs, the Joker Vrådal supermarket was a 15 minute drive. No other supermarket nearby. Groceries here can feel a bit more expensive, but they have a good range and stock. Also freshly baked bread during the day.

Our boys loved the nearby skate park, which is on the same road as the Vrådal Panorama.

Vrådal itself is a located in the heart of Telemark, offering a wide range of activities. Behind the hiking we did during summer holiday, it looks attractive for skiing in the winter. We are not playing golf, but if you do so, take your chance as the house is located at the area to play golf.

We highly recommend Nordic Dreamz for anyone looking to experience the best of Norwegian nature in comfort and style. Thanks to the owners of the villa for a great stay.

Beautiful country, fantastic accommodation! We'll definitely come back to the idyllic village of Vradal. The little house is super cosy, modern and has every convenience. It has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday.

Prachtig land, geweldige accommodatie! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug in het idyllische dorpje Vradal. Het huisje is super gezellig, modern en voorzien van alle gemakken. Alle ingrediënten voor onvergetelijke vakantie zijn hier aanwezig.

We had a fantastic stay with our children in this beautiful large house last summer. Lovely spot, great contact with the hosts, tastefully furnished. Wonderful.
